Commissioned by a national client to develop a strategy and process to identify, categorise and map assets which are critical to the resilience of the organisation. The project required development of a risk analysis protocol and methodology which assessed assets and infrastructure equitably to allow complex cost benefit models. The mapping exercise ensured numerous disruptive scenarios could then be worked through to ensure continuity of operational service and collectively ensured effective targeting of investment and funding. MRL were asked to manage the safety and brand risks for this adventurous product launch, which took place as part of the Trax event at Silverstone in August. Live 8 was a string of 10 simultaneous benefit concerts that took place on 2 July 2005, in the G8 states and in South Africa.
