Commissioned by a national client to develop a strategy and process to identify, categorise and map assets which are critical to the resilience of the organisation.

The project required development of a risk analysis protocol and methodology which assessed assets and infrastructure equitably to allow complex cost benefit models. The mapping exercise ensured numerous disruptive scenarios could then be worked through to ensure continuity of operational service and collectively ensured effective targeting of investment and funding.
