Automated External Defibrillator Training (½ day)

This course dispels the fear surrounding the use of this essential piece of equipment. The sooner a shock is delivered to a patient suffering from a heart attack, the better their chances of survival.

  • Aseptic techniques and barrier use
  • Basic CPR
  • AED familiarisation and use
  • Caring for and testing equipment

Available additions to this course are:

  • Primary oxygen therapy and use
  • First Aid at Work

The certificate is valid for six months.
