Phil Storr is the Group Director and one of the founders of MRL Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in operational management, crisis management and healthcare resilience.

Phil has completed a number of management projects in the private sector, NHS and central government departments. His portfolio in the company includes technical standards, risk management and business development.

Phil originally studied engineering before joining the ambulance service initially training as a paramedic then, as an officer, holding a number of management positions. He has an MSc in Emergency Planning & Disaster Management and is a member of the Institute of Emergency Management.
