Kiran is the Group Director's Assistant, and the gate-keeper to the MRL group of companies. She staffs the office when everyone else is working onsite, and ensures that MRL are operational during the silly season.

Kiran started life as a senior Customer Service Advisor at O2, and then went onto join the marketing team at Russell/Mellon CAPS as a Marketing Coordinator, where she was involved in the organising of training days, corporate events and conferences.
 
She brings her impeccable organisational skills to MRL and is the office chameleon, multi-tasking as receptionist, administrator and assisting the managers and directors in the day to day operations of the business. Kiran is also the office first-aider, and is developing her skill base with courses in human resources, bookkeeping and project management.
