Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Street Party
World renowned Edinburgh’s Hogmanay once again pleased over 100,000 revellers from across the globe with a series of events over 3 nights.
The Torchlight parade, complete with the burning of a Viking ship; Night Afore with street theatre and performances on various stages along George street; building up to the main event with the famous street party and an astounding performance by headlining act Kasabian and Ceilidh in the Gardens and the magnificent seven hills fireworks celebrating the very start of 2008. MRL were there to see in the New Year and to ensure all went ahead in a safe fashion.
