Kiran Sandhu is the Group Director's Assistant and the door keeper to the MRL group of companies; staffing the office when all are scattered onsite she ensures MRL are operational during the silly season.  She started life as a senior Customer Service Advisor at O2 and then went onto join the marketing team at Russell/Mellon CAPS as a Marketing Coordinator where she was involved in the organising of training days, corporate events and conferences.  She was also responsible for dealing with the numerous daily enquiries alongside some reception duties.

She brings her impeccable organisational skills to MRL and is the office chameleon multi tasking as receptionist, administrator and assisting the managers and directors in the day to day operations of MRL.  Kiran is also the office first-aider and is furthering her skill base with courses in human resources, bookkeeping and project management.

Mainly office based Kiran stays closer to home to look after her two wonderful young children.
