Judy originally worked in the banking sector before following a career in social care. With a Diploma in Social Work, Judy has a vast experience of managing specialist units for children with challenging behaviour as well as implementing effective change management, while working for various care organisations including the City of York Council and Barnardos.

Judy has a NEBOSH safety qualification and as is one of the founder directors of MRL Limited, who now combines her managing behavioural conflict skills with her business and financial background to keep a steady steer on the good ship MRL!
